The Cummins College Grievance procedure is the method by which a grievance can be filed anonymously.

The users can file their complaints in different sections.

Objectives of the grievance handling procedure are as follows:

1. To enable the users to air their grievance anonymously.

2. To clarify the nature of the grievance.

3. To investigate the main reasons for dissatisfaction of the users.

4. To obtain, where possible, a speedy resolution to the problem and to ensure that appropriate action has been taken.
