What is Avishkar?
Avishkar is an Inter-University Research Project Competition organised by Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). It encourages research, original thinking and innovation and provides students an opportunity to showcase their work and compete at higher levels.
AVISHKAR = Where a simple idea gets the chance to become an innovation!
AVISHKAR 2026–27 – PRE-WORKSHOP is being organised to help students understand Avishkar and prepare their ideas, projects, PoCs and prototypes for the College-Level Round.
What will the Pre-Workshop cover?
- Understand Avishkar, its purpose and evaluation criteria
- Learn the expectations and how to make your idea/project Avishkar-ready
- Understand the journey from ideation to presentation and evaluation
- Get guidance to refine your idea, project, PoC, prototype or product
